Wordle in our Classroom

We used Wordle to paste the text of the book we've read. Instead of a “picture walk”, we did a “wordle walk.” Through this we discussed frequent vocabulary and let the students predict the story from the combinations of words they saw in the Wordle. Can you tell what book we read? Visit http://www.wordle.net/ to make your own!

We are Ready!!!

We have worked very hard this year and are prepared for the CRCT! Write some words of encouragement for your classmates as they do their best on the test!!!

What Would You Do?

Watch the following video about Bill Gates. After hearing about one of the richest people in the world, write a paragraph about what you would do if you were the richest person in the world.

Adjectives

This is a picture of the project you will begin this week in Language Arts. By Friday, submit the ten adjectives that best describe you. Feel free to get input from your classmates to help you complete this. After I have reviewed them, you may begin the creation of you! Be creative in the creation of your portrait!

Flat Stanley

After reading the book Flat Stanley, Flat Stanley visited our classroom. We decided to send him off to different places through the mail. His first stop was to the Instructional Technology Office. He then ventured away from Hinesville and visited places such as India and Tennessee.

Wild about Learning!

Our class has started a blog to showcase all of the fun and exciting things that are happening in our classroom. Please check back regularly to see what we have been doing!
